Product Release
Product was a short game I created a while ago. I'd been working for years adding stuff, trying to make it bigger and better, there was a whole section I was working on that required traveling through the vents because the player character lost the keycard needed to open doors in the facility, but looking at it, I decided the original finished demo version that I had never released was honestly good enough and all the other stuff I was adding was just bloating a fine short and sweet game.
The game isn't anything groundbreaking and the story is pretty basic, but all in all this is just a proof of concept and it serves that purpose well. I have other bigger and grander ideas I should work on and I have plans to try and work with different systems and just all sorts of plans for the future, but I figure before I move on I should get Product into it's proper state and release it. I hope some people at least get some minor enjoyment out of this short test game of sorts.

I meant to include in the dev log, but forgot. I don't know how to draw, I had an artist friend who was willing to do some work for me, so there are a few custom sprites in there, but part of the planned aspects of the expanded game I eventually changed my mind about was going to be, proper pop out artwork for the various monsters and certain scenes, but my artist friend who was not being paid, got busy and couldn't continue and since they had been so nice and doing it for free up until that point, well I decided to just go without art. I don't have the money to pay an artist at current, though hopefully I will be able to hire a proper artist for any future games.
